On July 14, Searcy County Deputy Joey Baysinger conducted a routine traffic stop on an orange Saturn driven by Jolene Hamby, age 38, of Valley Springs. When Baysinger approached the driver’s door, he observed a black and yellow smoking device containing residue in it on the console.

Hambey was cited for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
