On January 19th, 2024, Deputy Caleb Horn was traveling north bound on Highway 65 when he observed a white Dodge Durango exceeding the posted the speed limit. 

After conducting a traffic stop, and contacting the driver identified as Kristin Glover of Springfield, Missouri, the deputy observed a 7-year-old juvenile laying down partially in the floorboard, and partially on the seat in the back middle row sleeping, and unrestrained.

During a roadside investigation, the deputy smelled the odor of narcotics coming from the interior of the vehicle.  When asked about the odor, Glover produced the narcotic, and handed it to the deputy.  A search of the vehicle revealed more illegal narcotics that were seized, as well as THC vape cartridges. 

Glover was transported to the Searcy County Detention Center for booking and processing.  She awaits a Searcy County Court date.
