David W. Bowman, age 53, of Tyler, Texas was arrested on May 11 in Searcy County following a motorist assist stop in front of Stiles Metal on Hwy. 65.
According to Searcy County Sheriff Kenny Cassell, Searcy County Deputy Joey Baysinger approached the vehicle that was parked on the side of the highway with the door open and noticed the driver, Bowman, appeared nervous and in a panic.
