Pictured is Searcy County Deputy Troy Dye and Searcy County Deputy Justin Flint searching and arresting Jackie Ragland, age 61, of Marshall. Ragland was arrested Saturday night following a traffic stop on Hwy. 74E. While speaking with law enforcement, Ragland pulled down his pants and exposed himself. Ragland was transported to the Searcy County Detention Center where he was charged with disorderly conduct.
