Pictured are Searcy County deputies examining the vehicle identification number of an ATV that was stopped at approximately 11:00 pm on Saturday night on Barren Hollow Road. The ATV operator, Timothy Martin, age 44 of Marshall, was arrested on a probation violation and was taken to the Searcy County Detention Center where he was jailed. He is currently awaiting an appearance in Searcy County Circuit Court.
