Cassell said in February, Jackson met with Seaton at the Searcy County Detention Center to complete his sex offender verification information. At the meeting, he reported he had no social media accounts.

On August 5, Arkansas Community Correction Officer Cody Cassell and Agent Jimmy Carter conducted a compliance check on Jackson at his residence in Marshall and learned that Jackson was using an online dating site and a Facebook account.

Jackson was arrested and taken to the Searcy County Detention Center where he was charged with failure to register - failure to comply with reporting requirements, which is a felony offense.
