Searcy County Sheriff Kenny Cassell and Chief Deputy Dewayne Pierce participated in last Saturday's chili cook off at the Strawberry Shed in Marshall. The cook off was a fundraiser event sponsored by Save Our Children of Searcy County and Operation Underground Railroad. Funds raised from the event will go to these two non-profit organizations that advocate against any/all abuse against children.
