Sheriff Kenny Cassell states that on February 28th, 2025, Deputy Caleb Horn, with the Searcy County Sheriff's Office was on random patrol in the Pindall, Arkansas area, when he observed a gray Ford Explorer exceeding the posted speed limit.  After conducting a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was driven by Evan Solis, 21 of Tuckerman, Arkansas, the deputy smelled the odor of Marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. 

During a probable cause search of the vehicle, Deputy Horn located and seized a glass jar containing approximately 14 grams of Marijuana, as well as plastic baggy containing approximately 2 grams of Marijuana.

Solis was arrested and transported to the Searcy County Detention.  Solis has an April 8, 2025, Searcy County District Court date.
