Sheriff Kenny Cassell states that on March 2nd, 2025, Deputy Caleb Horn, with the Searcy County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to 146 Allstar Drive in St Joe, Arkansas for a male stating he felt like people were watching him.
After the deputy's arrival, Randy Eddings, 30 of Saint Joe, Arkansas, exited his residence armed with a rifle. Eddings complied with commands from the deputy, and discarded the rifle. While speaking with Eddings, the deputy observed that Eddings was clutching something in his hand.
