Sheriff Kenny Cassell states that on January 25, 2019, Jesse Craig Graham was arrested for violating an "Order of Protection."  According to reports, Graham was served with two Orders of Protection on January 23, 2019.  On January 25, Graham went to a residence he had been excluded from, and removed a trailer from the property.

A short time later, Deputy Kevin Trammell observed Graham driving a Suzuki Samurai on Hwy. 27, with a trailer being pulled behind it.  After conducting a traffic stop on the vehicle, Graham was contacted and placed into custody.  He was transported to the Searcy County Detention Center where he awaits a court appearance.
