Sheriff Kenny Cassell reports that on May 12, 2025, Macie Mitchell of Licking, Missouri entered a negotiated plea of 24 months of supervised probation from the State of Arkansas. 

Her charges were 5-64-419(b) (2)(A) - Possession of Cont. Subs. - Sched I / II and 5-64-443(a)(2) - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Ingest, Inhale, etc.
