Individuals receive sentences in Searcy County Circuit Court

On June 9, 2025, the following individuals received sentences in the Circuit Court of Searcy County.
1. Lewis, Danielle - A.C.A. 5-64-419(b)(l)(A) - Possession of Cont. Subs. - Sched 1/11, Methamphetamine or Cocaine - 36 months Probation and ordered to pay $1,500.00 in fines.
2. Price, Jefferey Travis - A.C.A. 5-26-305 - Domestic Battery III Degree - 12 months Probation and ordered to pay $1,500.00 in fines.
3. McKinney, Hunter Wade - A.C.A. 5-36-103 (b)(3)(C) Theft of Property/Credit Debit Card or Account Number, A.C.A. 5-13-202 (A)(4) - Battery II on a Law Enforcement Officer - 48 months Probation and ordered to pay $445.00 in Restitution and $1,500.00 in fines.
4. Grant, Mason - A.C.A. 12-12-904 - Sex Offender Failing to Register - Sentenced to 36 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction
5. Breland, Glen Joseph - A.C.A. 5-73-103 - POSSESSIO N FIREARM BY CERTAI N PERSONS - A.C.A. 5-64-443 (a)(2) - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia to Ingest, Inhale, etc. - Methamphetamine - 60 months Probation and ordered to pay $1,500.00 in fines.
6. Taylor, Larry - A.C.A. 5-64-443 (a)(2) - Possession of Drug Paraphernalia - Defendant shall work steadily at suitable employment or, if not employed, pursue a course of education and/or training designed to equip him/her for suitable employment and, if applicable, shall obtain a high school diploma or the equivalent of the same. Defendant shall not violate any local, state and/or federal laws and that any arrest must be reported immediately to the Court. Defendant shall conduct himself/herself in an honorable manner as a good member of the community, and not endanger in any way the person, property, right, dignity, or morals of himself/herself or others. Defendant shall stay out of any establishment where alcohol is the main item for sale and shall abstain from illegal drug use and refrain from associating with persons known to be illegal drug users or sellers and stay away from places where sellers and users congregate. Defendant shall not purchase, own or have firearms or any deadly/dangerous weapon in his/her possession at any time. Ordered to pay $2,000.00 in fines.
