2025 Halloween "DO NOT TRICK or TREAT" NOTICE

As we near Halloween, the Searcy County Sheriff's Office would like to remind the public to stay alert.  We would like to release the following list of addresses in compliance with the ARKANSAS SEX OFFENDER REGISTRATION ACT (ARK, CODE ANN, 12-12-901 et seq.)

The following "DO NOT TRICK or TREAT" list includes the address of LEVER 3 and LEVEL 4 SEX OFFENDERS that the Searcy County Sheriff's Office has on file.

These individuals SHOULD NOT PARTICIPATE in Halloween festivities, including handing out candy, decorating, or HAVING CONTACT WITH CHILDREN on Halloween night.

Please, at all times, be watchful to your surroundings.
